Transaction Matching from Single Source - zero values unmatched

Summary

Hi have created a transaction matching from a single source but as zero values only appear on positive side for matching they remain unmatched and cannot be matched manually either - any thoughts

Have tried using zero filters but is it the nature of a single source match that you cannot match zero values ?
