Copy Comment Attachements in same cube from level 0 members to Total Parent Level

Hi,
Is it possible to view comments/attachments made on Level 0 Member on different custom dimensions to view/copy it to a higher Parent level across these dimensions. 

Eg. POV of entry comment is : Account, Supplier, Purchase category all level 0 members.

The review is done by there finance department on higher parent level

Account (level 0 member), Total Supplier, Total Purchase Category. 
And this is in the same cube.

All advises are welcome.
