Additional Person Info - Blank Page for some custom roles

In enabling the Additional Person Info Quick Action, some custom roles have a blank screen


I have enabled the Additional Person Info Quick Action and assigned the privilege Access Extra Person Information by HR to several of our HR User roles.  However, some custom roles are seeing a blank screen after searching an employee in this quick action.  Other custom roles have no issues seeing the data.  Do we know if there is an additional privilege required to actually view the data (not related to the above privilege)?  I have been doing some comparisons of the custom roles but can't find the exact privilege that might be causing the issue.
