Need to configure more compensation's details on job offer



I am writing because of job offer's structure building. In particular, client's need is to insert there more compensation details (f.e.: bonus, MBO, benefits as car, company credit card, etc...) to make the candidate aware of his / her future remuneration aspects.

Do I need to configure them from the task "Elements"? How can I then make them visible while creating job offer?

Moreover, are these going to be visible on person's employment details in Core HR, once hired?
