By default Un-check "Request User Account" for external supplier registration

Hi,

When a supplier tries to register using the external link, under contacts, there is a check box "Request User Account" checked by default.

We do not want all the suppliers to have User Accounts, so we would like it to be Un-Checked by default. Is there any way by which we can achieve this requirement?
