History in My Task is always showing the same user who created the process instance

We are using human task and setting the Assignee dynamically using the data object (screenshot attached) but what we see in My Tasks page in History section is always one user (Screenshot attached), who actually created this process instance using Rest API call as below.

We tried to set the 'creator' attribute using human task data association to the same Assignee we are setting dynamically, but still this did not work and always shows single user in History section who invoked this process Rest end point, irrespective of multiple users approving it.
