Task Manager very complex case

Hello All,

I have a case that need to assign schedule per entity, to have a task per each entity also i have like 40 user need to be assigned the same task list per each user , also some of users has common entities so if i assigned the task per user
i need to avoid the duplication per user,
so any suggestions or workaround for this , thanks in advance.
