Sub-Ledger Journal in Projects not transferred to the General Ledger

I have several journal entries within projects that show as Not transferred to the GL.  Is there a way to get them transferred?  The journal entries are on accounting periods that have a status of Pending Close in PPM.  Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
