OCX_FS Integration Warning

The OCX_FS Integration gives a warning but fails to push any data into the finance model

I am getting the following Warning when l try to push the Capex data into the Finance model and no data is pushed across. Both models are out of the box but we have used our own COA. This was working and l can't think of anything that was changed recently, other than patching. I have checked that the POV is in the target application. l have synced the smartlist, the data map and run the Capex Sync FS Account Mapping rule. What am l missing?
