Salary posting incorrectly for part time colleagues

Hi, 

we're having problems correctly posting salaries back to HR.

Our compensation plan's salary component uses current annualised full-time salary for its eligible salary to meet our requirements for budgeting and because the business wanted a manager’s focus to be on FTE pay rather than actual pay when making % allocations in the review. However, this is now causing us a problem as we can only post the compensation amount column back as salary, so part time colleagues are now receiving the FTE amount on top of their actual part time pay so an intended 3% increase in the worksheet may turn out to be a 7% increase when posted back to
