we're having problems correctly posting salaries back to HR.
Our compensation plan's salary component uses current annualised full-time salary for its eligible salary to meet our requirements for budgeting and because the business wanted a manager’s focus to be on FTE pay rather than actual pay when making % allocations in the review.
