We have a problem where new additions to an initiative are not receiving the new assignment notification from BI. 

Scenario:

Colleagues are added to the analysis that sits on an initiative against the course. The colleagues are assigned the course however they do not receive the notification from BI. What is strange is that the original colleagues in the analysis got the notification, so it just seems that anyone new in the initiative does not receive it.
