Allow Reservation of available items on Orders With Ship Together Set to Yes

Currently, when Ship Together is set to Yes, the all sales order lines schedule, but not reserve based on the lack of availability of one or more of the lines.  Sometimes the business need is to reserve available items at the time of submission in order to guarantee their availability when the non stock items are available.

The current work around is to remove the available items from the Default Ship Set and then manually reserve them.  This is cumbersome and labor intensive.

A better option would be to allow reservation at time of submission for all available items.   This option could be set as an Order Management Parameter to allow flexibility from customer to customer.
