Migrate HCM Experience Transaction Design Studio Rules

Are we able to export and import the HCM Experience Transaction Design Studio Rules from one environment to another?

We are using the Unified Sandbox Feature, and have not yet used the Migration Option, as we rarely would want to migrate all customizations that have been done in one environment to another environment.  Some of our customizations might still be in a testing phase when we are ready for others to move to Production or another testing environment.  Is there a way for us to only migrate the Transaction Design Studio Rules from one environment to the next?
