Enable audit trail for phone number changes in Person

Summary

We want to view the "Last Updated By" and "Last Updated Date" for when a user or admin has removed/deleted or added a new phone number type/value in Person.

If audit is not possible to enable or not supported, is there an option to query for this information using the PER_PHONES table?
