Challenges while integrating EBS 12.2.6 integration to SCP Cloud

We have applied the required integration patches on EBS 12.2.6 and also configured the VCP instance and Organization. When we submit the Extract Data to supply chain planning cloud. It failed at "Refresh Snap Shot Views" & "Create Triggers step" with below errors.Kindly let me know if miss anything on configuration. Any pointers are appreciated
