Alert to be send to Offering Coordinator

Hi Community,
With the approvals inf HCM being limited to a set of different types not related to learning and AoR or Role approvals being to high maintenance, we are looking into setting up our default approval to require activation by a learning administrator and would like to send an alert to the Offering Coordinator managing the offering listing all the users in status = PENDING ACTIVE.
The issue we having right now is that we are unable to select the right alert resource that will give us the learners assignment status and also the offering coordinator details to send them the email.
