Abs Plan > Vesting Rule Fast Formula > Probation Period
Content
Dear All,
Our client has the following requirements: The new Hire cannot take leave before the 3-months probation periods ends.
We started to work on the Vesting Rule Fast Formula for testing: For the IF condition, do you have any idea how to check if the employee is in the probation period? We are not sure if we use the difference between hire date and start date of enrollment or any other criteria. Do you have examples of Vesting Rule Fast Formula used for this case?
