Hi Experts,
I have a requirement of creating a Sabbatical Leave plan type, where employee can apply for a minimum of 180 days leave and maximum of 720 days of leave, with mandatory certification.
This plan type will be available for employees whose date of hire is greater than 2 years and can be claimed once in a employment.
I have configured the plan type, but when running the Update Accrual Process, I am getting the following error "The accrual process failed because the accrual period that you have specified is not valid for the absence plan Sabbatical Leave". Also, the balance for the absence plan should be 720, but it is zero.
