Assigning Launch access directly to template

I can't respond to the post about assigning security to templates, but it is possible.  If you go to the rules that the user sees, not the rules manager (calc manager), but rules, there is a permission column.  If you select the template, assuming it is deployed and visible, you can assign permissions here.
