On e-Signature Action 'Receive' Quote Status should change to Customer Approved/ Customer Rejected

Summary

When customer approves and signs the document, the eSignature status changes to Signed and when rejects it, eSignature status becomes rejected. Can another field can change based on Signed/ rejected?

We are using e-Signature to get the approval from Customer. There is a ootb functionality, that when Customer signs, the e-Signature Status becomes 'Signed' and when Customer rejects, e-Signature Status becomes, 'Rejected'. Both this happens when e-Signature 'Receive' action is triggered. 

So when the Receive action is getting triggered, based on signed/rejected, how can I change my Quote Status to Customer Approved / Customer Rejected without performing any action?
