How disable the recommend action in NUX

Hi experts

We are migrating to NUX and try to avoid Recommend Learning action.

We managed to do it with Page Composer in Me - Learning page - Current Account (hiding visility of the action), but it doesn't seem possible in results page of browse (or search) catalogue. 

Is there any security privilege (or aggregate privilege) or other ways (including Page composer), wich allows to do it?
