Created a new hyperlink component - how do I get it to open a new tab?

I used Page Composer to add a hyperlink; just need to configure it so it opens a new tab instead of changing the current page

Hi team,

I created a new hyperlink on one of our pages in HCM using page composer and adding new content (see attached image). I now just need to configure this new hyperlink to open in a new browser tab/window instead of on the same page.

Does anyone know how to do this?
