What are the pros/cons to a hard vs. soft delete in ARCS? Want to make sure all history of that user is maintained in the application after I delete them from both ARCS Access Control / My Services? 

If that isn't possible should I just change their status to "inactive" and keep their MyServices profile? Want to know if anyone has had issues when it comes to audit - with deleting users.
