Apply context on dash boards between 2 data forms

Can we do the apply context between two forms - like I have master form where I have full entity structure having regions/country/divisions. Now the child form having the functionality to adjust data for selected region/country/division in master form.

It's there in composite forms, but it looks like its not there in dash boards. Can you please suggest if there is way to do the same?
