Since upgrading to R20B, when using the Add a Contingent Worker (My Client Groups > New Person) transaction by an HR Specialist, the transaction is going for approval. We only want this transaction going for approval when a manager adds a contingent worker and approval rules set up do not include any conditions related to the requestor's role (only user person type and working as a manager flag). How do I ensure that any transactions submitted by a user using the Human Resource Specialist role do not ever go for approval (we have created a custom Human Resource Specialist role which is
