How to restrict viewing Catalog Resources

Hi, 

Does anyone know if it is possible to restrict viewing catalog resources in the Learning Administrative area? 
I'm referring to a catalog item that was uploaded by an Italian Learning Specialist who should not be visible to a Learning Specialist from another nation.
