Transfer balance on Global Transfer along with the Disbursement

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement where Plan balance should be transferred across the plan if there is Global Transfer for an Employee. For this we are using a Fast formula.
Also we have a requirement for disbursement on termination.

Now when we are transferring, the Employee is becoming ineligible for Plan1 and becoming eligible for Plan2.
Required output is that the Balance should get transferred from Plan1 to Plan2. But actual output disburses the balance from Plan1.

We have enabled disbursement only on termination and not on Loss of plan eligibility.

Is there a workaround/solution to the requirement
