Our customer has the below requirements for absences -

A lot of their employees have multiple assignments and they work on more than one job. Such employees always accrue absences at the person level and the absence accrual balances can be consumed by either of the assignments. They do not track the absence balances at the assignment level.  Lets say an employee works as a Bus driver and a Field trip driver, in this case the balances are tracked for the person as a whole and not at the level of Bus driver or a Field trip driver.
