email for Password Expiry Warning

Received the below email for reseting password. But, Not sure, why this email? Which account this is referring to? In our Fusion application, we donot have notifications enabled for password reset/expiration.

We believe this is not related to the Fusion application user account.

Any details about this email can be very helpful.
