How to remove the funcionality to make recommendations?

Hi all,

 

we would like to remove the functionality to make recommendations in Learning. 

When a Learner is enrolled in a course, he can recommend it to others by clicking at "Actions>Recommendations" on the right hand side of the course page.

Our customer doesn't want to use this function anymore. Is it possible to hide it?

 

We have already achieved to hide the tile "My Shared Learning" at the "Me>Learning"-page by customizing the employee role and deleting all privileges relating to recommendations. But unfortunately the recommend function at Actions is still visible.
