Summary

After updating/reinstalling Oracle Analytics Desktop I am not able to see , access or load data files , also can't import projects and the existing projects are not working due to "Error Loading Data"

After updating/reinstalling Oracle Analytics Desktop latest release 5.6 , I am not able to see , access or load data files ,when going to the data tab I got "Failed to Load Data", also can't import projects ( .dva ) and the existing projects are not working due to "Error Loading Data" ,any hints on how to overcome this issue ?
