Can I just update for 53 weeks without re-build to P13 application?

I have an existing EPBCS (P12) application which I want to keep as a P12 application but want to update to include 53 weeks. Can I just go into Configure for the Financials cube and select 53 weeks to convert the current 52 week build to 53?

Do I need to manually update rules to now consider that in Q4 there will be an additional week 53 in FY22, FY27, ... and for all Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting for these years to convert annual to weeks based on 53 weeks etc?

For the other modules - Capital and Workforce, if I only update the application to 53 weeks how will these modules calculate? Do I have additional rules/calculations I need to build for it to work? Thanks.
