Old Bookmark for Goals in RUX

Goals icon in about generates an Old Bookmark Error

When selecting the Goals icon in the About Me section in RUX, we are receiving the following error:

Your bookmark has opened an old version of this page, which is no longer supported. Use the Navigator to open the new version instead. (HRC-1035742)
Update your bookmarks as using the old version of the page can cause data corruption.
 
In appearance it appears that the Goals icon under about me is not associated with the new RUX.  Has anyone encountered the error above or successfully have a goal icon in about me open the goal page.
