Include Manager in "My Team"

When managers run reports for their teams, they themselves are not included in the results

When we run report or view information from the My Team Monitor widget, the manager running the report is not included in the returned data.  We would like them to be - so the manager can track their own progress along with their team.

Does anyone know a way we can do that?
