Hello,
I have a front loaded absence plan which would enroll and provide the accrued balance on hire date (no waiting period). But as per company policy, the employee has to wait for 90 days (vesting period) before they can use the absence. Now since its front loaded, is there a way without writing a fast formula to restrict employee from using the balance?
