Basically in EBS R12 Project accounting there is functionality in which we can create portfolio , define investment criteria etc under Project Portfolio management (https://www.oracle.com/a/ocom/docs/applications/ebusiness/project_portfolio_analysis_ds.pdf).Does similar functionality exist in fusion / cloud project portfolio management ? if not how to achieve the similar solution.

Does Oracle has any plans to get this in future release ? if yes may I know which release it will be available?
