There are valid reasons where it is necessary to remove a Bank Statement within Oracle Fusion Cash Management, then re-upload the statement at a later time.  Oracle does not allow the re-upload of Bank Statements that were already uploaded.

Work around:  Rename the file and it will upload.

Enhancement Request:  For Oracle to provide a setting option to re-upload a bank statement if needed.   We understand the need to turn this setting off but need the option to turn it back on when necessary.
