How to Manual Add KPIs in Carrier Scorecard Dashboard

Summary

Need to add some performance parameters in FTI dashboard

Content

Some fields are not mapped in Fusion Transportation Intelligence. For example we need to develop KPI for following Performance parameters 

1. Responsiveness to Rush Transport orders (During Guzeted Holidays/ emergency support / Special Movement etc)

2. Compliance to NHA rules & HSE standards 

3. Accuracy for Documentation (Acknowledgements, Accuracy in documentations ( bilty / dispatch details/correct freight invoice). 

4. Movement of cargo through tracker installed vehicles

5. Utilization of fuel cards as per  assigned limits

 

These performance parameters are not mapped in system. 
Need to Rate  1 - 5  :
5 indicates no incident report 

 

Please suggest best practice or way to map this requirement in FTI. or Is there any way to combine excel data for manual KPIs  Fto FTI.
