FCCS: Translation outside of the FCCS_ClosingBalance hierarchy query

Hi community, 

We have a query about the following scenario: 

 

We have created some accounts and some movements outside of the main hierarchies for the consolicatio, so we have these elements separated for our Reporting Package.

 

We want these members do a translation from source currency ( CHF)  to EUR_Reporting.

 

1. data introduced in new account outside the hierarchy "TEST1" with movement "MOV1", there is no conversion which happen at the EUR_reporting. 

 

2. If however, we move the movement "MOV1" inside the hierarchy "FCCS_ClosingBalance" then yes, the conversion does happen.

 

QUESTION: Is it necessary to create a movement inside the hierarchy "
