Configuring New Person Rules in Transaction Design Studio

Hi,

While creating rules in Transaction Design Studio, I noticed that a few actions are available as distinct flows in Transaction Design Studio and then they are also available as Actions in other flows.

For instance, 'Hire', 'Add Pending Worker', 'Add Contingent Worker' are separate flows and these actions are available in the Action dropdown of the flow 'Create Work Relationship' as well (screenshot below).

Does this functionality actually enable users to create rules for each of the actions in one flow (Create Work Relationship) instead of doing them separately for each flow?

Availing this would actually simplify and save time as it would only mean that we need to duplicate a rule and make only minor changes for each action.

Howdy, Stranger!
