Approval Attachments - Stopping them from showing for FYI Notifications

Hello!

We have started using the function to attach a document to a term that was introduced in Responsive Pages. At the end of our termination flow, there is a notification of action type Information Only that goes to an IT group regarding the term. How do I stop an FYI notification group from getting an attachment on an approval? The example is that we are attaching a severance agreement to store it in the sytsem but anyone in the approval flow can access it. I want to specifically stop two different approval groups from seeing attachments and do so at
