Error when trying to schedule an Alert

Hi all,

since the update to 20B we receive this error message, once we try to schedule an Alert in the Alerts Composer:

ESS-02003 User XY does not have sufficient privilege to perform operation getRequestDetail on request 420032.

The role wasn't changed and I already checked, if the the role of the user includes: Human Capital Management Integration Specialist

with the priviliges:  HRC_PROCESS_PREDEFINED_ALERT_PRIV and HRC_ACCESS_ALERTS_COMPOSER_PRIV

Does anybody have an idea how to solve the issue?

Thanks in advance
