Timezone update and impact in HCM

Best Practice from timezone change

Content

After updating the timezone setting in HCM from UTC to ET, we noticed BIP Reports and certain areas within UI shows date after offsetting 5 hours, and this aligns with the application behavior. But for the areas that are loaded via the interface and via conversion we don't account for time stamp currently and this causes UI to show the wrong date, to avoid this we will have load data with a timestamp.

I wanted to understand what would the recommended practice and other potential areas to be evaluated before updating the timezone setting?
