I created a checklist task and attached to a questionnaire whose question type are multiple choice. These can be allocated to the EE and deleted and allocated again or these could be allocated to the employee over the year a few time a year to complete. There are multiple such tasks attached to other questionnaires with different question types.

Now, the need is to when the tasks in the checklist are completed by the employee, then I need to get all the responses and create a BIP from it that would go for approval and attach to DoR. PHEW!
