Arabic data getting Jumbled in Etext tempalte

Hi There,

We are having a requirement wherein the data in the database is in Arabic. We are preparing the e-text template but unfortunately, the words are getting jumbled.
According to the template, the title is at the first position and the number is at second when the output is produced number comes first and the title appears in the second position.

In the below image row1 appears correctly but from row 2 positions are interchanged
