Is there a way to trigger the "Application Diagnostics" via EPMAutomate or RestAPI or Groovy?

As you know there is "Application diagnostics" feature which we can run and check for any issues in the application. I am looking for to see if that can be triggered via EPMAutomate or RestAPI or Groovy? Please let me know on this.
