absence duration and entitlement calculation

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Hi Team

We have a requirement werein an employee can raise the absences *any* given time which means that an individual can book absence with start dates as weekends or bank holidays however for the absence duration and entitlement calculation it must not take the weekends or bank holidays into account but must eliminate them. Is this possible?

Example : An employee applies for leave from 12-July 2020 (sunday) to 14 July 2020 (tuesday) inclusive.
In this case can the entitlement and duration calculation must eliminate sunday and it must be display used days as 2 days and NOT 3 days as 12-July 2020 is a Sunday. Please can you let us know how this can be achieved?

Howdy, Stranger!
