Hi,

We have below two Offerings

• Help Desk - (where we can enable feature for HR Service Requests)
• Services -  (where we configure HR Help Desk as per the HR Implementation Guide)

In Cloud Customer Connect , "Help Desk" is classified under "Human Resources" and "HR Help Desk" is classified under "Work Life Solutions".

On setup front, both offering has lot of similarities.

Hence the question is : What is the difference between these two offerings.

Any idea would be much helpful
