Lookup ORA_ANC_ADDL_PAYLOAD issue

Dear all,

I added three values to this lookup to display in Additional Payload attribute at absence type level.
It already had one value . "Not Specified"

1) Emp

2) HR
3) MGR

But absence screen is showing only 2 value from above.

Emp and MGR, HR is not shown..

Not specified is also shown.

Please help.
