Hi All, We have geo tree and holiday at specified at various nodes. We need to write custom absence duration formula due to custom requirement. In that formula we need to check if particular day is holiday for employee. Holiday can be specified at any level. Meas for an employee.. Holiday can be specified at 1 or 2 or 3 level above also.

Custom requirement says that they have replacement holiday concept. If holiday falls on Sunday as per calendar so it should be considered on Monday.

So if employee apply leave from Monday to Friday.. it should be 4 days instead of 5 days.
